Proper Rock Music Like the Good Old Days
Girls in Pretoria are always eager to come to Cape Town but now, there is a new reason for them all to come and enjoy this city. The Velve Debut Album made me realize that the future of the South African rock scene is here.
This Cape Town band has really allowed me to enjoy some proper rock music after such a long time. When girls in Pretoria heard the Velve Debut Album they couldn't wait to come to Cape Town and listen to their live performance and thanks to my connections to the band I had the pleasure of welcoming them all.
When their debut album became available online, the amounts of people wanting to listen and enjoy their music were unbelievable and their popularity quickly made them big celebrities in South Africa. These guys could finally give something new to the Cape Town nightlife and allow us all to forget the old and boring songs we were listening to for years because of the shortage of real rock music. Their debut album was the turning point of my life, because I could finally get my old rock jeans and party like the good old days.
